The focus is on you

Each session, including yoga poses (asanas), relaxing and breathing exercises (pranayamas), will be maximally meet your personal needs.

Personalized to you

We will practice the asanas and pranayamas according to your individual fitness and stress levels, your health, and your goals, ensuring the most effective yoga learning experience.

In your own time

The classes typically last 90 minutes, but shorter or longer sessions are possible. You can also choose the practice time that suits you.

Location independent

Private lessons can be held at my place or in the comfort of your own home, providing you with the convenience of saving time and travel since I will come to you

“Oh, I’m too old for this… I can’t bend anymore” – but, with perseverance and practice, we are capable of anything. I experienced this firsthand.

After spending many years in competitive sports, I was left with the unpleasant physical symptoms of gymnastics… overextended joints, painful joint wear and tear. Unfortunately, back then, no one paid attention to how far we could push ourselves, the limits of healthy boundaries, or the “good” pain that allows you to recover and benefits the body. The goal was to be in a best shape and pushing ourselves to the maximum, and nothing was sacred in achieving that.

about Kriszta

It's never too late to start

“Oh, I’m too old for this… I can’t bend anymore” – but, with perseverance and practice, we are capable of anything. I experienced this firsthand.

After spending many years in competitive sports, I was left with the unpleasant physical symptoms of gymnastics… overextended joints, painful wear and tear. Unfortunately, back then, no one paid attention to how far we could push ourselves, the limits of healthy boundaries, or the “good” pain that allows you to recover and benefits the body. The goal was performance and pushing ourselves to the maximum, and nothing was sacred in achieving that.
