Why choose a private class?
In India, yoga was traditionally taught on an individual basis. Currently, group practice is the most common here in the West, which doesn’t mean that there is no demand for individual sessions, it’s just that we’re not yet accustomed to this option.
The classes can take place at my place, your home, outdoors if preferred, or even at your office. During the yoga sessions, we will follow personalized guidance based on your needs, conducted either in Hungarian or English, depending on your preference and comfort level.
I tailor each yoga class, the yoga postures (asanas), and the breathing exercises (pranayamas) according to your personal needs. We practice the asanas and pranayamas, taking into consideration your individual fitness level, stress level, health, and goals, in order to make the classes as effective as possible.

Beyond enjoying the instructor’s undivided attention, there is the opportunity to create practice sequences that facilitate the most effective personal development. The exercises can be tailored to the learner’s desired goals, but most importantly, they can be structured in a way that best assists in overcoming individual obstacles and limitations, thereby revealing the deeper meaning of yoga.

Private Yoga Class fees
My goal aobut fees are that everyone who decides that I am the right instructor for them...

I spent 20 years working in various areas of the media, and I truly loved my job and the ever-renewing challenges it brought. However, there were times when I couldn’t sleep well, an inexplicable heaviness and fatigue would suddenly weigh me down at any time of the day, and even vacations didn’t provide enough energy replenishment… there was pain here and discomfort there. I think deep down, even back then, I knew that the constant back pain wasn’t something to be ignored, but the sleepless nights and tired workdays persisted.
In my classes, I aim to share what I have learned over the years, as I believe it can be constructive for others who wake up in the morning and go to bed every day with similar feelings and sensations.

No well should cry out for those who are thirsty. If you are identical with yourself, they can sense your smell, your being, your essence who needs you. The others have things to do elsewhere. Let go of the idea that you have to make everyone drink. This is not the case. He who is truly thirsty seeks and finds. The essence of the well is not will. The essence of a well is to be a well. That's it, nothing more, nothing less.
